She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Walker Sr. and Norma Jeane Bates (Decker); and her sister Debbie Bates. She is survived by: her husband Glenn Edward Allen of Mitchell; and her siblings, Charles Walker Bates, Jr. of Salem, James Bates of Pekin, John Bates of Floyds Knobs, Mary Bement of Jasper, Susan Snyder of Salem and Gary Bates, Sr..
