He is survived by: his son Jason Derek Guthrie (Jennifer) of Mitchell; his stepson Jason Wheeler of Bloomington; his grandchildren, Kacie Dagostino of Mitchell, Shannon Dagostino of Hardinsburg and Madison Smith of Mitchell; and his brother Merlin Guthrie (Sandy) of Crawfordsville.
