He is survived by: his daughter Erica Tarr (Sara Tillette) of Mitchell; his grandchildren, Briley Slaughterback, Peyton Slaughterback, McKenzi Tillette, Joslynn Chastain, Josiah Cobb and Madalynn Cobb; and his siblings, Sandy Eastridge of Mitchell, Beth Newlin (Bryan) of Orleans, Lana Duncan (Tim) of Bloomington, Gary Tarr (Tersa) of Mitchell, Joe Tarr (Tammie) of Bedford, Bob Tarr (Gloria) of Denver and Beverly Chastain (Todd) of Florida. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
