She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis B. Cade and Dixie A. Cade (DeVault); and her former husband David D. Hornback. She is survived by: her children, Shane Powell (Mike) of Wolcott, Rodney Hornback (Vivian) of Monon and Jarret Hornback (Kim) of Monon; her grandchildren, Alicia Perrey (Justin) of Danville, Lancelot Beck of Lafayette, Abigail Watkins (Anthony) of Brookston, Chloe Hornback of Rensselaer, Cole Hornback of Monon, Chelsea Hornback of Rensselaer, Kayla Hornback of Monon, Spencer Powell of West Lafayette and Wyatt Hornback of Monon; her great grandchildren, Benjamin Perrey, Amarisa Perrey, Alexander Perrey, Ramya Jackson, Noella Haley, Dishawn Haley and Leon Hornback; and her siblings, Willcina Tiede of Monon and Millena Eckert of Monon. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousin, and friends.

Memorial donations may be given to the Monon Library or the Monon Fire Department in honor of Guynith's life.
