James Richard’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mamie Wiley (Sills) and Russell Wiley; and his siblings, Robert, Dwayne and Thomas. He is also survived by his 15 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
