He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert O. Hoffman and Florence Della Louise Hoffman (Aumann). He is survived by: his wife Tammy Hoffman of Monroeville, Indiana; his children, Benjamin Hoffman (Kristi) of Monroeville, Nathan Hoffman (Chloe) of Fort Wayne, Indiana and Abigail Sorg (Matthew) of Hoagland, Indiana; his grandchildren, Hudson Hoffman, Parker Hoffman, Margaret Hoffman and Mason Sorg; his stepgrandchildren, Broc, Paisleigh Caldwell and Vaida Tomkinson; and his siblings, Annette D. Ray of Decatur, Indiana and Richard D. Hoffman of Hoagland, Indiana.. He is also survived by his family, grandchildren.
Preferred memorials may be made to St. John Lutheran Church – Bingen or Stillwater Hospice.
