She is survived by: her children, Paul O'Shaughnessey (Cynthia) of New Haven, Indiana, Karen Schulenburg (David) of Powhatan, Virginia, Patricia Castleman (Ron) of Monroeville, Indiana, Leon O'Shaughnessey (Janilyn) of Monroeville, Indiana, Jane Benschneider (Gary) of Payne, Ohio, Thomas O'Shaughnessey (Marci) of Monroeville, Indiana, Donna Hazelett (Kirk) of Roanoke, Indiana, Joseph O'Shaughnessey (Jeanine) of Monroeville, Indiana, Laura Lancia (Matthew) of Leo, Indiana and Stephen O'Shaughnessey (Catrina) of Fort Wayne, Indiana.. She is also survived by 30 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Preferred memorials are to Masses and Special Olympics Allen County.
