He is survived by: his family Tom; his wife Helen L. Jacquay of Monroeville; his children, Rhonda Hockemeyer (Brian) of Monroeville, Indiana, Ted Jacquay (Andrea) of Kendallville, Indiana, Jane Knight (Nolan) of Monroeville, Indiana, Amy Collins (Tony) of Hoagland, Indiana, Anita Keppel (Corey) of Monroeville, Indiana and Andrew Jacquay (Krista) of Ponte Vedra, Florida; his siblings, Gerald Jacquay (Carol), Regina Bodette (James), Phyllis Jacquay, Carl Jacquay, Kate Stine, Paul Jacquay (Mariann), Leonard Jacquay (Judy), Dan Jacquay (Sally) and Christine Pranger (Rod); his grandchildren, Cal Jacquay (Stacie), Nathan Jacquay, Katelyn Dickelman (Kyle), Emily Hackett (Adam), Madeline Jacquay, Brenna Bradley (Zac), Hailey Burbridge (Roy), Isabel Knight, Jessica Collins, Jack Knight (Avery), Lilly Knight, Dylan Collins, Thomson Keppel, Graham Jacquay and Mila Jacquay; and his great grandchildren, Charlotte Jacquay, Paxton Dickelman, Cooper Jacquay, Parker Dickelman, Maisie Knight, Baby Hackett and Baby Bradley. He is also survived by family, including his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and siblings.
