She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bergdall and Charlotte Bergdall (Brouwer); her husband C. W. "Bud" Crisp; and her grandson David Elzey-Forks. She is survived by: her sons, Gail Forks of Fort Wayne, Indiana and Albert Forks (Sue) of Fort Wayne, Indiana; her grandsons, Rob Forks (Jessica) of Monroeville and Matthew Elzey-Forks of Fort Wayne, Indiana; and her niece Shelley Bergdall-Rothgeb of Phoenix, Arizona.
In lieu of floral arrangements and gifts, preferred memorials can be given to Stillwater Hospice or Riley Hospital for Children.
