He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ratts and Marie Ratts (Williams); his sister Judith Dunham; and his nephew Darin Dunham. He is survived by: his wife Vena Alford-Ratts of Monrovia; his daughter Leigh Juliano (Joseph) of Mooresville; his nephew Chris Dunham; his grandchildren, Joseph Michael Juliano of Tonawanda and Jessica McKinney (Seth) of Brownsburg; and his great grandchildren, Kylie, Remington, Carson and Wynn. He is also survived by family members and lifelong friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Veterans of Morgan County.
