He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Edward" Bolin and Ruby Bolin (Hatcher); and his siblings, Richard Bolin and Bonnie Ottinger. He is survived by: his wife Darlene L. Bolin of Monrovia; his children, Kenneth Bolin of Mooresville, Steven Bolin of Camby, Michelle "Shelly" Bolin of Mooresville and Betty Bolin of Greenwood; his brother James "Jim" Bolin (Teresa) of Mooresville; his grandchildren, Danyelle Hopper (Zach) of Shelbyville, Sierra Perrin (Brenton) of Greenwood, Joshua Decker of Mooresville, McKayla Parrish (Drew) of Ft Riley and Izzy Bolin of Mooresville; and his great grandchildren, Brayton, Jax Perrin and Evie Pingelton-Parrish.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Light Memorial & Funeral Chapel (585 E Main St, Monrovia, IN 46157). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Hall (5409 W Hurt Rd, Monrovia, IN 46157).
In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Legion Post 103, P.O. Box 669, Mooresville, IN 46158, and envelopes will be provided during services.
