He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Alvin Taylor; his brother Joseph Allen Taylor; and his stepfather Carlos Miller. He is survived by: his friend SxS; his mother Naomi Chadd Miller (Chadd) of Monrovia, Indiana; his siblings, Barbara Taylor Huntrods (Richard) of Camby, Kathy Taylor Reed (Charles) of Fort Pierce, Florida and Rick Miller (Tina) of Avon, Indiana; and his nieces and nephews, Suzanne Shields Edwards (Chad), Jim Shields (Kami) of Monrovia, Indiana, Renea Marsh Johnson (Ryan) of Avon, Jo Ann Taylor of Mooresville, Ryan Marsh (Angie) of Monrovia and Chadd Wallace of Fort Pierce, Florida. He is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Light Memorial & Funeral Chapel (585 E Main St, Monrovia, IN 46157). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Jack's memory to the American Cancer Society.
