We announce the death of Nancy Keene of Monrovia, Indiana, who passed away on June 20, 2026, at the age of 81. Nancy will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvanus "Banta" Cecil Finchum and Edna Mae Finchum (Shields); her husband Sam Keene; her sisters, Sherry Sichting and Mary Hadley; and her stepdaughter Jeannie Nungester.
She is survived by: her siblings, Betty Rogers of Monrovia, Larry Finchum of Florida, Patty Ashley of Monrovia, Katy Chapple of Monrovia and Roy "Beak" Finchum (Eva) of Mooresville; her stepsons, Sam Goodman (Tony) of Linton, Rick Keene (Paula) of Mooresville, Jay Keene (Jeni) of Indianapolis and Brian Nungester of Avon; and her stepgrandchildren, Erica Keene Lynch (Robert) of Monrovia, Nicole Keene of Indianapolis, Joel Brown (Amanda) of Brownsburg, Dustin Lamb of Indianapolis, Shelby Lamb, Alexxis Nungester of Avon and C. J. Shockley of Monrovia. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
