He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Frantz and Earline (Phillips); his siblings, Howard Frantz and Geraline Byrd; and his nephews, Tracy Byrd and Roderick Byrd.
He is survived by: his wife Rose A. Parker; his children, Erica Cousins (Louis) of Monrovia, Cheryl Cousins of Chicago, IL and William (Theresa); his brother Henry Cousins; and his niece Chandra Catrice Byrd. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; and 21 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Carlisle - Branson Funeral Service & Crematory (39 E High St, Mooresville, IN 46158). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
