Barbara Plank Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of Barbara Plank of Montezuma, Indiana. Barbara, born on September 3, 1931, passed away on September 15, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Wildman and Ersie Wildman (Myers); her husband James D. Plank; her children, James D. Plank (Sheri) of Clinton, IN., Rodney C. Plank (Robin) of Riley, IN., Steven D. Plank (Mary) and Teresa J. Plank (Jim Hannah) of Hiawassee, GA.; her brother Terrance Wildman of Danville, IN.; her grandchildren, Vince (Renee), Vance, Justin (Rebecca), Jamie, Krysta (Peter), Colin (Jamie), Kaeley (Ed), Kathleen, Katrina and Cassandra; and her great grandchildren, Marlee, Caleb, Mackenzie, Natalie, Imogen, Victor, Penelope, Elodie, Sylvia, Asa, Rowan and Anora.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Montezuma Christian Church (1081 N Jefferson St, Montezuma, IN 47862). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at 7:30 PM and on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at the Oakland Cemetery (2534 River Rd, Montezuma, IN 47862).
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Montezuma Christian Church in memory of Barbara.
