Eric Pruett Obituary
It is with sadness that the passing of Eric Pruett (Montezuma, Indiana) is shared. Eric, born on June 12, 2005, passed away on September 16, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Eric will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Friends and family will honor Eric by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence he had in their lives. Though Eric is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Eric’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: parents: Amy (Tony) Norris, Jason Pruett, Tiffany (Charlemagne) Romela, and Malcom (Erica) Fisher; grandparents: Nana (Matt) Engle, Judy and Chuck Pruett, Pam (Pete) Griffin, and Gordon Snyder; sisters: Emma and Louisaa; brothers: Riley, Zander, Fish, River, Zach, Hunter, Dan, Joseph, Gavin, Parolo, and Mykeal; nephew: Jameson; uncle: Eric (Amber) Snyder; and numerous other aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Independent Baptist Church (760 N Jefferson St, Montezuma, IN 47862). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donation envelopes will be available for those wishing to contribute toward a memorial bench in Eric's honor.
