He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Knepp and Lydia Knepp (Shrock); his father-in-law Paul Joe Wagler; and his siblings-in-law, Dave Helm and Geraldine Knepp.
He is survived by: his wife Loretta Kay Knepp (Wagler); his children, Teresa Swartzentruber (Darrell), Rosa Graber (Roger), Lavina Fisher (Levi), Delmar Knepp (Jessica), Rachel Knepp, David King, Randell Knepp and Krista Knepp; his grandchildren, Kara, Kiann, Kaylor, Kalen, Klayton Swartzentruber, Harrison, Trace Graber, Jaxson, Addi Fisher and Briggs Knepp; his mother-in-law Rosemary Wagler; and his siblings, Mary Catherine Helm (Dave), Pauline Wagler (Herman), Anna Mae Knepp (David G.), Carolyn Miller (Leroy), Ervin Knepp (Mary), Lavern Knepp (Geraldine), Lester Knepp (Rosanna), Willard Knepp (Linda), Susie Wittmer (John), Verda Graber (Solly), Omer Knepp (Dorothy), Harvey Knepp (Marilyn Sue), Laura Rose Wagler (Norman) and Mark Eugene Knepp (Dorothy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Monday, July 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mt. Olive Mennonite Church (378 800 E, Montgomery, IN 47558). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
