She is survived by: her husband Dale Swartzentruber; her children, Bobbie Frazier (Shannon), Stacy Hinkle, Lori Crews (Rob) and Byron Swartzentruber (Julie); her sister Mary Ellen Smith; and her caregiver Cashayla Kemmis. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
