He is survived by: his wife Jennifer (Webster); his daughters, Ava and Hailey Carter of Montgomery; his stepsons, Caleb Evans of Des Moines, IA and Colton Evans of Brea, CA.; his pet Biscuit; his parents, Mike Carter (Patty) and Nicki Stevenson of Lawrenceville; his siblings, Aaron Carter (Jacie), Mary Walls (Richard), Kristi Brown (Terry), Trisha Stover-Hammond and Cassie McClellan-Cooper; his granddaughter Isla; and his nieces, Madison, Sydney, Allie, Cloey and Lilly. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins, family and friends.
