She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Wade; her children, Brian Kollmeyer (Mary), Lisa Carrico and Cynthia Colvin (Jason); her stepsons, James Warne (Shannon) and Robert Warne (Christina); her grandchildren, Kira Ayers, Brandon Spears, Erika Bault (Curt), Joshua Kollmeyer, Jessica Skomp, Zachary Moore (Angel), Brooke Moore, Clayton, Keyton and Mikayla Colvin; and her sisters, Jeanette Devine and Sharon Akles (Mike). She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
