He was predeceased by: his parents, James H. Dye and Ruth Ann Dye (Heilman); his brothers, Charles Dye and David Dye; his parents-in-law, James and Donna Logan; and his sisters-in-law, Deb Rist and Connie Knapp (Gary).
He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Dye of Monticello; his children, Marci Trippett of Brookston, Scott Dye of Frankfort, Courtney Hayden (Stacy) of Brookston and Cody Hayden of Monticello; his grandchildren, Travis Trippett, Garrett Coghill, Ashton Hayden, Koi Marquis, Haisley Hayden and Lilly Hayden; and his sisters, Dixie Becker, Sandy Weida (Don), Dale Logan, Cindy Whitmore (Rex) and Nita Pool (Brad). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Memorial donations can be given to St. Judes Children's Hospital.
