She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Jensen and Barbara Jensen (Watts); and her brother Kenny Jensen. She is survived by: her children, Andrew "Andy" Collinsworth of Lafayette and Wendy Carter of Monticello; her granddaughters, Tatum Carter and Kamryn Carter (Finley Collinsworth); her sisters, Paulette Upton (Bill Benbow) of Monticello and Penny Scott of Monticello; her nieces, Charity Tackett (Richard), Becca Cramer (Ed), Jesika Hobock and RJ Jenson; her great-nieces, Sarah Tackett and Aurora Cramer; Winston.
