He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Lewark and Leona Lewark (Archer); and his siblings, Norma Jean Bailey, Mary Louise Pfledderer, Freddy Lewark, Leslie Lewark, Jr., William Lewark, Robert Lewark, Wilbur Lewark, Kenneth Lewark and Dwight Lewark.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela K. "Pam" Hensell; his niece Cindy Kloosterman of Monticello; and his stepchildren, Paul B. Brady, Sr. (Rose) of Delphi, Joe Bassett of Columbus and Tina McCoy (Melodie Stewart) of Battle Ground. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren, other nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.
