It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn J. Willhoite of Monticello, Indiana, who passed away on May 31, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, may Carolyn find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may her legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Eugene and Leona Loutzenhiser (Sturgeon); and her sister Norma Jean Gabbard. She is survived by: her children, Michael Wayne Lykins of Connersville, Michelle Jones of Noblesville and Jodie Farmer of Shelbyville; her stepdaughter Heather Locker of Indianapolis; and her caregiver Jense Mercado of Monticello. She is also survived by five grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be given to Tunnel To Towers, an organization that provides homes for veterans with disabilities.
