He is survived by: his wife Jody Headdy (Mitchell) of Monticello, Indiana; his sons, Scott Headdy of Monticello and Aaron Headdy (April) of Lafayette, Indiana; his grandchildren, Tyler Headdy (Ashlynn) of Fort Wayne, Tristan Headdy (Kelsey) of Lafayette and Mylan Headdy of West Lafayette, Indiana; his great grandchildren, Callum and Annaleia; and his sister-in-law Millie Headdy of Sarasota, Florida..

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be the First Presbyterian Church, 104 N. Illinois Street, Monticello, Indiana.
