He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Phillips (Chris) of Choctaw, OK and Jeniffer Mackey (Jon) of Newalla, OK; his grandchildren, Brittney Mackey, Daniel Phillips, Elizabeth Mackey, Anthony Phillips and Joseph Mackey; his sister Debra Ward (Ron); his sister-in-law Sherry Demmon; his nieces, Sarah Demmon, Jamie Ricci, Amanda Lewis, Ashley Burcham and Alyssa Pugliese; and his pet Lizzo.
