We are sad to announce that, on March 29, 2021, at the age of 83, Dennis Smith of Monticello, Indiana, born in Muncie, Indiana passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dennis Smith to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurman L. Smith and Dorothy A. Smith (Dennis). He is survived by: his wife Suzanne; his children, Lauren K. Payne and R. Bradley Smith; his siblings, Brenda Gaskins of Westfield, IN, Geoffrey Smith, Leslie Mohlke and Jennie Otterman; and his grandchildren, Tommy, Sarah, Joshua and Rebekah. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
