He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayborne "Jack" Leonard and Emalou Leonard. He is survived by: his wife Nancy E. Leonard; his sons, Donald Earl Leonard (Lisa Leonard) and Daniel Eric Leonard (Aurora Leonard); his grandchildren, Brandyn, Bryan, Bryana, Giavannah, Annabella, Amelia and Austin; his great grandchild Mila; and his sisters, Nancy Tansy (Robert) and Mary Lowder. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
