With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Donald Sherman Dye of Monticello, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 25, 2025 at the age of 56. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Lee and Levera Dye (Bryant); his brothers, John, Harry Cobb and infant brother Dye; his nephew David Lee Johns; his great-nephew Adam Brickey; and his brother-in-law David Brickey.
He is survived by: his sister Mary Ella Brickey of Monticello; his sibling's children, Richard Johns, Rodney Johns and Levera Gross; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Hunter Flores, Mellisa Johns, Jason Johns, Justin Johns, Trisden Gross (Sam), Gavin Gross, Braden Johns, Baylee Johns, Braxton Johns, David Brickey Jr. (Jeanie), Darryll Brickey and Evan Brickey.
Memorial contributions may be given to the White County.
