We announce the death of Doris D. Miller of Monticello, Indiana, who passed away on June 21, 2026, at the age of 82. Doris will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Newsome and Johnnie Newsome (Musselwhite). She is survived by: her husband Jerry (Jerry) of Monticello; her children, Cindy Ballantyne (Rob) of Jacksonville and Lee Miller (Robin) of West Lafayette; her stepdaughter Rosemary Demaio (Jim); her siblings, Paula Vivano (Aldo) of Orlando and William Newsome; and her grandchildren, Corinne, Madeleine Miller, Nicole Emens (Ryan), Andrew Ballantyne (Heather) and Anthony Demaio.
