It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gene Lee (Monticello, Indiana), born in La Porte, Indiana, who passed away on March 11, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lee and Ruth Morton Lee; his former wife Ada; and his son Lou. He is survived by: his wife Doris; his children, Mark of Espanola, NM, Larry of La Porte, Charles of La Porte, Billy of Chico, CA, Cindy of Shorewood and Jackie Burek (Eddie) of La Porte; his sisters, Rita Vantine (Bob) of La Porte and Kay Lee of Twisp, WA; and his grandchildren, Mark, April, Melissa, Luke, Amanda, Elizabeth, Benjamin, Abigail, Rebecca, Jessica and Molly. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
