With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gregory R Horn of Monticello, Indiana, who passed away on December 3, 2023 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Horn and Lois Horn (Britton); and his sister-in-law Judy Horn. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Phillips; his daughters, Jessica Small (Josh) of Lafayette, Stephane Cottrell (Robert) of Monticello and Michelle Castro of Monticello; his grandchildren, Jada Butler (Kyler Evans) of Lafayette, Bayli Cottrell (Lexi), Kevyn Castro (Mirna Lopez) of Monticello and Ellen Cottrell of Monticello; and his great grandchildren, Maleni Cruz Castro, Taylor Gregory Cottrell and Jordan Paul Cottrell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
