She is survived by: her mother Debbie Flack (Whited); her grandparents, Richard, Edna Whited of Monticello, Don Dixon (Judy) of Ocala and Audrey Neskov (Joe) of Lafayette; her siblings, Chris Pherson (Kandace) of Delphi, Duane Flack of Lafayette, Jessica Dixon of Lafayette, Kerri (Flack) and Dodd (Bert) of Vincennes; her siblings' children, Carly, Kohen Pherson and Amethyst Flack; and her aunts and uncles, Tammy Mclochlin (Dave), Cindy Whited, Deb Patterson (Pat) and Dale Dixon (Kathy).
