He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Toosley and Laverne E. [Dreyer] Toosley. He is survived by: his children, James Thomas Toosley, Jr. and Amy Toosley; and his siblings, Raymond "Butch" Toosley, Sr., Gail Howard, Patricia Heisner, Michael Toosley (Ruth), Betty Jean Patrick, Susan Hardesty, Robin Messer, Rita Williams (Larry) and Mary Jane Toosley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
