We are sad to announce that, on October 2, 2020 we had to say goodbye to John W. Carter of Monticello, Indiana, born in Logansport, Indiana. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Clinton and Lavetta Mae Carter, Sr. (Johnson); his wife Linda Lou Carter; his brother Floyd Clinton; and his granddaughter Sierra Mercedes Carter.

He is survived by: his children, Mistie Carter (Strickland), Wendi Carter (Heron), Kristin Sosa (Omar) of Lafayette and Kyle Spencer (Angie) of Monticello; his grandchildren, Cole, Justus, Michael David, Isabelle, Matthew, Savannah, Jaxson, Kian, Ava and Jaxon; and his sisters, Doris Issler (Aaron) of Florida, JoAnn Reed (Darren) of Monon and Sharon Shank of Monticello, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, and friends.
