He was predeceased by: his mother Judith Bougher (Deboy). He is survived by: his father Gerald Bougher; his wife Linda Ruemler; his daughter Holly Hilby (Nathan) of Rockford, Illinois; his siblings, Jeff Bougher (Ana) and Jackie Trueblood (Eric); and his grandchildren, Leah, Joanna, Andrew, Peter, Simon and Noah.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Roscka Roth & Clapper Funeral Home (6368 US-24, Monticello, IN 47960). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
