It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julia I. Martin of Monticello, Indiana, born in Universal, Indiana, who passed away on December 1, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Homer Monroe; her husbands, Multiple Sclerosis and Donald Martin; and her sisters, Viola Monroe and Doris Huffman.
She is survived by: her daughter Deborah S. Johnson (Joe) of Reynolds; her stepchildren, Cathy Zieseniss (Mark) of Idaville and Greg Martin (Betty) of Las Vegas; her sisters, Barbara Hayes of Rochester and Vivian Skaggs of Michigan City; her grandchildren, P. J. Johnson (Rachel) of Brandon, FL and Chris Johnson of Reynolds; and her great grandchild Travis. She is also survived by many step grandchildren and great grandchildren.
