She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Conley and Margaret Conley (Morrissey); her daughter Penny Birch; and her siblings, Tom Conley and Mary Ellen Conley.
She is survived by: her husband Harry; her children, Danielle Conley, Pam Kaplin (Russell), Harry Forberg Jr. (Jennifer) and Kim O'Donnell (Bill); her son-in-law Tracy Birch; her sister JoAnn Johnson (Fred); her sibling's children, Brian Conley, Janine Larson (Merle) and Jill Grajek (Paul); and her great-nephew Conor Fitzgerald. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be given to Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Church or Knights of Columbus 6955 - St. John Neumann Council both of Monticello, Indiana .
