He is survived by: his spouse Earla Miller (Gump); his children, David Phillips (Shirley) of Monticello and Amy Naylor (Brian) of Kaneohe, Hawaii.; his grandsons, Myles Naylor of Emily Martinez, J. R and Bobby Schackelford; and his great grandchild Keegan Schackelford.
