He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Perz and Anna Perz. He is survived by: his wife Connie; his son Jason A. Perz of Valparaiso; his grandchildren, Chase Perz of Valparaiso, Kristana Perz of Lafayette and Jake Perz; his great grandchild Niomi; and his extended family, Michelle and David "Kingford" Blount.
