Marie Sprunger Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles R. Godlove and May Godlove (Small); her husband Don Sprunger; her son Charles "Buz" Carter; her grandchildren, David Brett Simmons and Dulce Maria Gonzalez Carranza; and her brothers, Edwin (Virginia), Robert (Clara) and Perry Godlove (Louise).
She is survived by: her daughters, Carmen Simmons (Dave) and Carol Brookshire; her daughter-in-law Colleen Carter; her grandchildren, Angie Fisher (Ron), Sandy Simmons, Jennifer Simmons (Jerry Cunningham), Aaron Carter (Maria "Belle") and Adam Carter (Telma); her great grandchildren, Cory (Abel), Johnathan (Emily), Carter, Murphy, Skyler, Lauryn, Jordan, Octavius, Taylor (Drew), Tyron, Alysson, Maple, Jerry, Kyle, Marlin (Byron), Eduardo and Byron; and her great great grandchildren, Mylah, Waylon, Oliver, Liam and Dulce "Leilani". She is also survived by many loving nephews, nieces and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Monticello Christian Church (105 Gordon Rd, Monticello, IN 47960). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Monticello Christian Church, (General Fund).
