He is survived by: his mother Kay Shields of Monticello; his wife Cindy Johnson of Monticello; his children, Amanda Houchens (Daniel) of Zionsville and Frank Johnson (Ashley) of Tampa; his grandchildren, Mark Johnson, Brady Johnson, Logan Johnson, James Houchens, Emmy Johnson, Michael Houchens, Matthew Houchens, Maggie Houchens and Clara Houchens; his siblings, Steve Johnson (Cathy) of Richmond and Linda Hopkins (Dennis) of Knoxville; his father-in-law Jack Wright of Monticello; his siblings-in-law, John Wright (Dotty) of Monticello, Mary Fliehman (Paul) of New Paris, Joyce Deitz (Greg) of Monticello, Judy Houseman (Rob) of Richmond and Beth Hester (Brad) of Westfield; and his cousin Jim Cramer (Adrienne) of Denver. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and friends.
