He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith May and Erma Robertson (Hall); and his siblings, Carol Porter, Sherry Janotta, Nora Foley, Linda Davis, Lisa Shidler, James Foley and Jeff Foley.
He is survived by: his siblings, Emma Drake (James) of Franklin, Vivian Leonard (Jerry) of Rensselaer and Keith May (Kate) of Nashville; his siblings-in-law, Carrie Decker of Judah and Steven Janotta of Monon; his girlfriend Tonjia Schmitt of Monticello; and his former wife Elizabeth McQuinn of Logansport. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be given to a humane society of the donor's choice.
