He is survived by: his siblings, Curt Maxfield (Julie) of Portage, Teresa Thompson (Jim Sullivan) of Monticello, Darla Goodner (Paul) of Noblesville, Karen Rush (Joe) of Monticello, Trisha McMannis of Crawfordsville and Joanie Schrick (Tracey) of Lafayette. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, many great nieces and nephews, and a great-great nephew.
