He is survived by: his wife Carol Green of Monticello; his children, Melissa Rinehart of Spring Hill, TN and Thomas J Werner of Saranac, MI; his siblings, Betty Bissell and Jim Werner (Darlene); his grandchildren, J. T. Rinehart (Gabby) and Ryan Rinehart (Kaylie); his great grandchildren, Hudson, Logan and Rowan Rinehart; and his father-in-law Harold Green.

Memorial contributions may be given to the American Heart Association or a charity of the donor's choice.
