He is survived by: his wife Vivian Phelps (Velligan); his stepdaughter Kim Rusk (Phelps); his son-in-law Dan Oldenkamp; his siblings, James Puetz (Carla), Sand Smith (Donnie "Smitty") and Jill Brown; his siblings-in-law, Sue, Penny Puetz and Steve Velligan (Bethany); his grandchildren, Shelby Light (Taylor), Connor Oldenkamp and Camilla Collier (Mike); and his great grandchildren, Charleigh Light, Theo, Finn and Stella Collier.
