He was predeceased by: his parents, Yates Franklin and Dorothy Ann Davis (Golden); his spouse Aleena L. Gillenwater Davis; his granddaughter Libby N. Bartlett; and his brothers, William Davis, Charles Davis and Jack Davis.
He is survived by: his children, Rick A. Davis (Beth) of Montpelier, IN, Connie S. Davis of Hartford City, IN and Lee Ann Brigner (Greg) of Hartford City, IN.; his grandchildren, Angie Davis of Montpelier, IN, Brent Davis (Melinda) of Montpelier, IN, Craig A. Bartlett of Muncie, IN, Heaston Wilson of Tampa, FL, Austin (Casey) of Springhill, TN, Josh Brigner of Bluffton, IN, Holly Brigner of Berne, IN, Carson Brigner of Hartford City, IN and Travis Pearson (Lauren) of Hartford City, IN.; his great grandchildren, Dylan (Kaitlyn), Rain, Kyndal, Kylee, Elizabeth, Cadence, Hudson, Kaylee, Brody, Daxton and Deegan; his great great grandchildren, Stratton and Baker; and his siblings, Jim Davis (Donna) of Montpelier, IN and Janice Ray (Lanny) of Montpelier, IN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
