She is survived by: her children, Traci Bolt Street (Joe Oswalt) of Hartford City, IN and Eric Bolt of Montpelier, IN; her stepdaughters, Cari Ellenberger (Adam) of Bluffton, IN and Brandi Hernandez of Hartford City, IN; her grandchildren, Brandi Lynn Street Peppers (Rhenden) of Anderson, IN, Shannon Renee Walker (Levi Sells) of Hartford City, IN, Christopher David Secrest of Hartford City, IN, Destiny Howard of Bluffton, IN, Melvin Hernandez, Jr. of Bluffton, IN, Brian Hernandez of Hartford City, IN, Austin Bennett of Bluffton, IN and Jusaina Hernandez-Gutierrez of Hartford City, IN; her great grandchild Lennon Raine Peppers of Anderson, IN; and her sister Stevie Salyer (Steve).
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Walker & Glancy Funeral Home (109 W Windsor St, Montpelier, IN 47359). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Preferred memorials can be made to the Funeral Home to help with expenses.
