Tarter (McConkey) of Montpelier, IN; his daughters, Melinda Hayden of Portland, IN, Melonie Combs (Dan) of Marion, IN and Michelle King (Tony) of Montpelier, IN; his grandchildren, Taylor Hayden of Muncie, IN and Chad King of Montpelier, IN; and his brother-in-law Ronnie Spain of Vernon, TX. He is also survived by several Nieces & Nephews.
