She was predeceased by: her father Harvey L. Lee; and her brothers, Randy Lee and Harvey Lee Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Michael A. Patrick of Montpelier, IN; her mother Mildred J. Lee (Faulk) of Van Buren, IN; her daughters, Amanda Lamport (Joshua) of Fairmount, IN, Lindsay M. Hess (Kyle) of Hartford City, IN and Shalee Adams (Rob); and her grandchildren, Kyler Lilly (Chaz), Amalie Mcclain, Landen Hess (Cheyenne) and Camden Adams. She is also survived by 2 Great Grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Walker & Glancy Funeral Home (109 W Windsor St, Montpelier, IN 47359). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
